In my experience:

1. Range card. Hadn't qualified in 2 years or so, no ranges in the near future. No one helped, so I finger fucked a range card, submit to S1. ERB updated.

2. I had leadership administer APFT for me upon request. Ask leadership, they'll help you out. If all else fails, fingerfuck an APFT card, get higher up to sign it, take to S1 for update.

   1. Very fucked. You'll get chewed out by the members of the board, your sponsor will get chewed out, and so will plt sarnt and 1st sausauge probably. All in all, it looks bad on you because you should be prepared prior to knocking that door.

3. You want to be a leader, right? Welcome to the parade! Time for you to start taking some initiative and looking out for yourself! Good thing to memorize are ARs/ FMs based on MOI (refer to your S1 for MOI), creeds, general orders, and 5-7 questions from each topic. Make index cards. I'm 3/3 at boards thanks to em.

4. You will NOT get a go if it's not updated. Unless they're really lenient at your unit. Additionally, if E5 board, do you have SSD1 complete? If not, big Army will dick you down a couple days after the board gives you a GO (if they dont notice). They'll take that P status right back if you dont have it complete.
