I agree we need to be able to discuss it without fighting about words.

Capitulating by making up new words isn’t going to help. Transphobes don’t care, and they’ll fight you no matter what you do. Everyone who is willing to discuss the weird trans woman cycle thing at face value is going to do just that rather than argue with you about whether you can use words like that or worse take the bad faith position that you meant something you didn’t.

As for what to call it, well euphemisms like cycle and period are probably perfectly fine if we can only agree on what we mean by them, and more technical terminology can only come after we figure out what is going on which first requires being able to talk about the phenomenon without a bunch of bad faith transphobes derailing the conversation.

Also many of us have front holes. There is a certain surgery to correct that problem.
