the pros(cons) of working an active job

Ugh I feel you. At my old job I’d sit on my ass and drink disgusting amounts of diet soda, there were a bunch of people constantly dieting, and I felt zero guilt when openly fasting all day.

At my new job, the hours/activity level/physical and mental demands means I need to at least PRETEND to eat and be healthy. Also my team is full of super-thin women all doing the same thing—munching granola bars very visibly but following weird restrictions that prevent eating any “real” meals—and I’m pretty sure we’re all side-eyeing each other and whose bones are most prominent.

Kinda feels like I used to work at /r/proed and switched to a job at /r/1200isplenty
