Naturally mens testosterone peaks in the morning then declines throughout the day but men on trt will have elevated testosterone all day making them very anabolic as well as having suppressed myostatin. Men with high testosterone were the only ones that were able to recomp in a study I seen a while ago. So you can lose fat and gain muscle if your test is high enough. Eating OMAD on workout days with a high amount of protein and lower calories won't seriously stunt your weight loss. Doing some light cardio after eating or working out after your meal will lower your blood sugar and help you back into a fasted state. You'll want to eat 80-150grams of protein depending on body weight.
