Ideally responsible gun ownership is key, and I’m not sure what mental gymnastics that entails. I don’t think anyone wants “dumb populations” carrying weapons around. Educating everyone who wants to use their rights for proper usage of a firearm is the most important aspect of owning a firearm. This man was in condition 0 for whatever reason at a protest had an ND and will be facing the consequences for that action.

I also really hope by anti-intellectualism you don’t mean the black population. Reddit and a lot of 2a groups have been supported of anyone recently exercising a legal right to carry in a safe manner. I also think it is important because 1960s gun control, Milford Act all set out to disarm black protestors using their rights.
