* May I ask what is your current location, ISP and which exact servers have you tried connecting to?
* Is there any type of anti-virus or firewall software running in the background of your machine? If yes, what is it?
* What internet connection are you using? (Home/work/school/public)
* Have you tried switching to TCP protocol, instead of the UDP protocol?
* Do you have any torrent apps running in the background?
* What type of servers have you been using while measuring the speed of your connection?
* Have you checked your stock network configuration applications that might interfere with the connection?
