Hey, you are preaching to the choir there. The CoLDS know to not come by my home - they have a base very close by. Also, just curious that as a self-identified Atheist ( per your flair ) why would you be supporting, so vociferously, any group that is claiming they are there to represent God (Family and Freedom) ? Which is what those groups claimed. Free-pass because LGBTQ? Perhaps it was that very claim that ruffled their feathers ... also looking at the pictures in the article, I don't see any red-white-blue, only rainbow colours ( the crayon people ) and if that is what their float would be, they are correct to veto. If they removed their claim to be representing God, and kept a patriotic theme, and left out the promotion of their sexuality part - then you might have an argument.
