One mans opinion. Not going to enforce rules when no actual evidence is given apart from accusations especially how easy it is to record up to 15 minutes of gameplay just by using the share button on the controller. The Commissioners do enforce the rules. Although, unlike some leagues that go and blatantly call an individual out publicly we handle it privately. Only time the league Commissioners had to hand out a disciplinary action publicly was when a veteran owner went ahead and ran the score up against one of our least skilled yet very well liked owners without calling in any substitutions or attempts apart from chewing clock to not continue to make the situation worse. That owner originally got three games suspensions. It was later reduced by the union to two games. The owner that broke the rules still complained and began to bully his opponent stating that he sucks so bad he should not be in the league. His opponent left the league because of this. Seeing that his punishment is not getting removed he left the league as well. It was fine that he left hiding from his punishment since he was going to be kicked anyways for bullying another owner. We do not joke around with our rules and we do not tolerate bullying. I personally do not handle much of the disciplinary actions anymore but I do inform my Commissioners to handle each issue privately if possible. So just because you do not hear it or see it on the surface we do handle rule breaking like adults and not like children.
