I'm not sure why SIEA doesn't adopt a similar policy as Steam. Steam is tapping into a stream of revenue that other platforms don't and the fact that Steam doesn't censor games is now making it a more desirable platform. In the long run, this is going to hurt both Sony and the developers -- especially the developers, because it forces them to make changes to the game thus wasting time and resources, when they could've just given it an AO rating or something. Rating and my discretion should dictate what I buy, not the platform.

Someone oughta start a petition to try and get SIEA to adopt a similar policy such as Steam's. While I don't particularly like H-games, I like censorship even less.
