Good luck trying to emulate anything else new on pc, go ahead and emulate any current ps4 game on pc and tell me how that works.

It works fine, often with much less slow down than its native platform because my PC doesn't have insanely outdated hardware.

Bloodborne is the prime example I'd point to for this debate. I played it briefly on my roommate's PS4 Pro and it stuttered and dropped sub-30 constantly. On PSCX4 I had no issues whatsoever.

God of War also worked perfectly. Last of Us remastered, Killzone, Persona 5, Uncharted 4. None of these title had any issues.

I'd recommend actually testing these things yourself before making sweeping statements and assumptions about what is and isn't possible.
