Dude I don't know why it all clicked for me, but it did. The stars aligned or something. I had two Safari tabs open, and the queue timer was at 10 minutes. Then I saw people suggest you have multiple browsers to maximize your luck, so I downloaded Firefox on my Mac. Longest download and installation EVER.

With 5 minutes left I was sweating bullets. Firefox open, Safari open. When the queue timer ended and I was shown my wait time, on Safari it instantly started at ONE HOUR. Yet I switched to Firefox, and holy shit right before my eyes the yellow progress bar leaped ahead after 2 minutes... Then it was just 60 seconds.... Then bam, I got the chime.

I didn't even have my Safari passwords & credit cards saved onto Firefox, so I literally had to input my PSN id, shipping, and credit card all by hand! My hands were shaking!
