I don't understand how people think this is so great, they will ship you a processor with no specific ship time (likely a week+) if you provide them photo evidence of both the mobo + processor along with evidence of you being rejected by the OEM support....

It seems clear to me this is just a move to push the issue back onto the OEMs to update their boards, and if they won't do it they will begrudingly give you a shitty CPU to make their own hardware work.

It's better than nothing surely, but this is the definition of jumping through hoops, why should I need to provide 3 forms of evidence to AMD just to get my flagship CPU working...what a privilege of being an early supporter
