Neh, I'd say 75% are from folks who think they are Mario Andretti and wind up getting into a wreck while driving excessively aggressive. Left lane is for passing, not speeding. Seen to many times people gotten aggravated others doing the speed limit and not getting to right fast enough, after passing someone, for your highness. Sometimes I think people stick to left lane after passing because Mario butt humper behind them is going to erratically and impulsively floor it into the right lane to be able to get that extra 20mph. I have Seen few wrecks happen this way.

If people would lay off the overly aggressive driving and chill the fuck out traffic would flow incredibly well in this town.
