PSA: New 12.9-inch iPad Pro isn’t compatible with the older Magic Keyboard

That’s kind of a leap. If someone likes to buy new things it doesn’t automatically make them a “corporate boot licker”.

They just have more expendable money and are happy about new options.

There are some fanboys, but to automatically conclude that is silly. It’s also not obsolete, people can still buy the older iPad, and still use it happily… aside from the above group, not everyone upgrades frequently, I know lots of people that keep their device for 4+ years.

For me, who falls into the former category, this is actually a deterrent from upgrade. It’s just not enough realized improvement. I have no problem upgrading device and accessory every year if it’s justified, but this says to me, we don’t expect a year over year upgrade last year iteration.
