Well I suffered something similar too

My parents threatened to limit my PC usage, so in return grabbed their PC (Which has information for them for their work) and their personal stuff ETC and threaten to leak them out. They backed off, stopped giving fucks about me and now I do good both at school and Online.

If your parents are like this, chances they are a coward and don't have the balls to continue, give them a strong response (Strong enough for them to have to respect the pressure or face career/ social failure) and they probably back off. The typical person has so many mistakes/ flaws/ weaknesses that you can abuse and you should use this to protect yourself
