Let's be real here: the all the other stuff you can buy with Tech Fragments were already non-refundable. The stuff you get from Kai Zykken as well as the random components were all like this already. I am pretty sure they would have changed the main vendors even if people hadn't done this. It just screams oversight to me.

As for me, I'm not one of those billionaires who play the GTN each and every day. I don't have that kind of money. And I didn't see this as an exploit. An exploit would have been that thing a couple years ago where you could buy stacks of companion gifts on the fleet and then sell them back to the vendor for 10 times their worth.
