"PT Test Is Easy"

Sorting by new results in a slew of PT-related posts. The Air Force doesn't need to incorporate PT into the duty day. Everywhere I've seen it done just results in sleep-in time, or get out of work early time.

What really needs to happen is Airmen need to stop eating like shit, memelording their way through the day with a white Monster (blasphemy, I know), and embrace a healthier lifestyle. Our PT test is easy. I'm on an Army post and in a more stringent command. Other services PT time is usually them being half an hour early to their meetup, running three miles, or actually working out. They do have a culture of fitness and respect, as you say, but that's because to their credit, they actually do it.
