PTL Presents: Dyrus' Dome

Not sure if I should open up a discussion thread for this or just reply to this one (its "somewhat related") but /u/MTwist in his position as a mod of /r/leagueoflegends pretty much broke this subreddits own rules.

Per this subreddit's own rules:

No abuse, personal attacks, or flaming.

Try to keep submissions tone neutral. This subreddit is for >discussion, not targeting, harassing, or attacking.

I get you "owe" the community nothing. But some of the comments he made in this thread were quite unnecessarily aggressive and close to being basically flaming. As example, in one of his replies to /u/rivingtonthe3rd he starts out on a bit of a aggresive tone. Not too big of a deal. He still makes 1-2 good points (still adding childish passive-aggresive remarks in those that are unneeded and could just as well been kept to himself...). Then adds a totally unneeded third point thats basically just flaming (Don't even get me started on basically threatening with a shadowban). Like you could delete it and the post would have been just fine. But instead he comes off a bit like someone who really needs to work on his professionalism and communication skills. Its the reason so many people scream nazi mods. I don't post much on /r/leagueoflegends but I do read every day. During the whole mods vs rlewis drama I was on the side of the mods all the way. I feel people overreact to rules but it keeps the sub good. But this is clearly not the correct way to handle a situation and cases like these cause people to go "all mods are bad".
