PUBG corp shouldn't be afraid of shaking up the META

I don't know why they're hesitant to shake up the meta.

Because PUBG Corp is treating the game as it's an already finished product that is only getting maintains updated in their eyes (to fix bugs etc).

We can all agree that's not finished product, they haven't changed anything huge/drastically since the early access days (which is the point of it...), such as total loot amount, game physics, new items (except for a flair gun that isn't even in game), and game mechanics. I mean, they still haven't fixed the vehicles, parachutes and loot mechanics that are basic game stuff that should just work. But they decided to release it as a final game anyway, and there for they think it's an finished game that they are just tweaking a little bit, but in reality it's not (deep down they know, they have even said it).

So, keeping that in mind, if they didn't change the game mechanics and meta back then, why would would they do it now?
