Published Horror Comic Books!

The Beast: I dig it. Great premise, that I think would be even better if it was "specifically" set in the Pacific Northwest or on the flipside Western North Carolina. Make the main character likable enough to sustain interest in his survive, as in not a total dick etc.

Southern Hospitality: How did that group end up together? I think you should focus on just the misfits (creepy people like the Houses October Built) that get increasingly hostile/dangerous as the story progresses, or the hulking slasher which is a little cliche.

The Vessel: Why four? Create a strong enough of a backstory so it's not too random. You could make this one really gritty. Set it in Brooklyn/NYC, Philadelphia or Baltimore. Make the revenge piece him hunting down evil people that were never caught or found out for wrongs/crimes they committed. Make them all have done very different wrongdoings and maybe some unpredictable.

Flesh for the Unborn: Needs more backstory.

Blood, Shells, and Roses: Could be hilarious! Need to blend both seriousness and humor in a way that doesn't feel out of balance. Rockin' idea.
