Puerto Rico death toll rises to 48

FEMA help is important, but keep in mind the power grid isnt needed to save these lives, the hospital generators were needed. Fuel lines were cut when the Mayor ordered all trucks to cease moving including fuel tankers during curfew think it was 6PM to 6 AM ALOT OF TIME. Trump and the like aren't wrong about the mismanagement and corruption. Which ideally would mean the mayor would be replaced and FEMA would direct all efforts not the Mayor. Most of the people who died, died because they were elderly or infirm and needed constant medical care. But no power, no dialysis machine. 15% of the island has power, 15% of like 4 million people is alot more than the 1% of elderly who might die without A/C or other regulatory factors like ER access. No idea why the injured aren't transfered to those regions first though. But well I'd chalk it up to mismanagement on the P Rico side as well.

After this event anyone denying Fema aid should def lose their jobs, and the Govt in Rico needs new elections.
