Is "PUNCHING POWER" a natural gift?

Physical genetics is undoubtedly is really important, without the musculature ability to have the ability to obey what the mind thinks, it's impossible to hit hard, but in my opinions, that's as far as it goes. We train our bodies to carry our mind.

What I've noticed, from the boxer having "the tough of death" is that their hand-eye coordination is ungodly, Jackson wont just hit and see what happens, he'll always catch the temple or the chin, while doing so in a manner that you cant predict, his left hooks come from very low, while being very fast.

Mentality plays a huge role, we have big guys at the gym but they're nice guys and they're there to train boxing, they don't want to hurt anyone, even though they have the physical abilities, so they cant hit hard. They have a mental barrier blocking them, boxers that hit hard are vicious, think Louis, Liston, Foreman, Shavers, Duran, Hearns, Jackson, Tyson, Golovkin and so on, pausing them and seeing at their faces, they're in for the kill.

No matter what, we're humans, we want to fight but only a very small percentage of us want to seriously hurt the man in front of them, therefore we will hold our punches, just that little bit, and maybe that answers your question, you are either born somewhat with psychotic tendencies, are faced with situations causing the breakdown or are trained into it.

I believe that punching power is 90% mental, and 10% physical. A man who wants to hurt, will do all he can, before you know, gets his world rocked.
