I live in a bad neighborhood. I can’t even take my puppy out at night. I have a mini poodle. Small dog owners around here won’t even leave their dog alone in their backyard unattended day or night. People around here will dognap at anytime but night is especially bad. They use the small dogs for dog fights is it disgusting!!! Or breeding also horrible!!! I made grass pee place on my balcony. The junkies around here don’t play they will just run up on you. Safe first. If it is really bad for you I strongly suggest getting the short tote bin put soil in and a roll of sod (grass) cut it to fit. Late night pee is not worth any of you getting hurt.
