Puppy triggering mental health issues

Hi I would like to start off by saying I have never had anxiety and I can't relate to that, I however have suffered from bouts of depression, I'm only writing this because i really want to help and this is the only way I know how. Have you ever considered trying aromatherapy? Not like those special salt lamps or commercial crap they try to sell- but just the pure oils and either mix and smell or into a diffuser... I know this sounds strange but when I use oils after around 20 minutes I stop smelling them and just the effects remain. if I'm using lavender, rosemary, clove and rosehip it starts to calm me and all I can think is "this is nice".. I'm not saying it will be the exact same but I've heard and seen so many people helped by this. The only difference I've made is instead of using a diffuser I put them in my bath so i can not only smell them better but I absorb some... so my skin looks healthier (and the rosehip fades my scarring) That's all the advice I have...and if you decide to try it you can message me anytime for oil suggestions and tips-because they work 100% better mixed. Also although they can be dangerous they will never, ever burn your skin diluted so if you need any help with how much to use ect, don't hesitate to ask, I've used essential oils for years and have gotten extremely good at dosing :) oh and by the way I hope this didn't come off as me trying to force this on you or anything-- it's just a suggestion!
