Purchase only through CLEAR Discrimination in NYC?

Okay let’s dumb this down even more so my dog can understand.

If a company is based in the usa, it’s not discriminatory. If they service the USA only, it’s not discrimination. If a company received a promotional placement in a location that is only in the USA, not discrimination. If said company’s service can only service the USA, not discrimination. The reason I would imagine a company like CLEAR can only service citizens is because they are an American company that only has access to Americans’ records. The DMV is not discriminating against non citizens for not giving out drivers licenses, no matter what anyone’s argument is, as of now, they’re within the law. A beer company that doesn’t have international distribution is not discriminating against the rest of the world.

This is the dumbest possible question and discussion I’ve ever had the displeasure of considering. I’m now dumber for even taking the bait yet again, and I wish you all of the adversity in your own life that you so desperately seek.

The only agency in the world that I know of without googling it that has jurisdiction for ALMOST anywhere in the world is Interpol. The irony of this entire thread is that if this company did have everyone in the world’s fingerprints, especially Mexican/South American Citizens during this particular time, you’d be crying when they’re cross referenced them during attempts at becoming American Citizens/Refugee/asylum/etc.

TLDR part two: it’s not illegal for an American company to only have jurisdiction for American citizens. This is like ordering an Uber in Canada and getting mad that an Uber driver in New York won’t come and pick you up. Stop it. Stop looking for reasons to be outraged. Go and volunteer. Research. Do some actual productive good, not hypothetical witch hunting on reddit with non lawyers. Or file a lawsuit! Do it. Sue CLEAR. Start a class action on behalf of everybody you’re so deeply concerned is being discriminated against. Or stop ctrl+F “social justice!” and leave me alone.

A beer stand is not a public accommodation. A bathroom is. A beer stand is a vendor. A
