Purchased Open Box TV, Got Junk

Unfortunately this happens, was it purchased on the website or in store? In store it is part of the sale to plug the unit in and inspecting before tendering the sale, at least at my location. Regardless this was a bad experience so your options are returning it if you are in the period for your money back or you can call Geeksquad to send someone out to look at it for repair using your plan. Note, large TVs aren't serviced or replaced in store and have to be scheduled for an at home service by a certified technician but a return can be done in store once again as long as its in the return period. Also if the payment was in card it will take a couple of business days to reflect back on your account. In terms of exchanges in store it can only be done if there is a similar unit in store otherwise it would have to be returned and ordered on your end on the site. Good luck.
