Q: recommendations for weight loss after ED recovery?

I think I need to step in and clarify, as I'm getting some mixed reactions.
I am in no way looking for a way to start "dieting" again. I am not wanting to restrict again. I do not want to start calorie counting again. All I'm looking for is some small tips to help me lose a little weight without triggering bad habits or being very extreme, as I have health issues. Not a diet plan, no completely different eating habits. Just healthy, small adjustments.
Having said that, I think that some of these reactions feel very aggressive. I think it's absolutely normal for people to have opinions about this post, and I can't change that. But I don't think it's okay for strangers on the internet to tell me that I should look for a new therapist, get off this forum, or people doubting my intentions. As mentioned, I am near full recovery and am not taking any actions without discussing them with my therapist. It's not like I'm being reckless and am saying "hey I want to have my ED back in my life", because I don't. The only motivation I have is my health issues.
I love who I am, I love my body and I feel no obligation to be prettier or skinnier.
If you don't have any USEFUL, SMALL and HEALTHY tips for me, I see no reason for you to comment.
