Witcher 1 stutters on Ryzen and I'm already running out of options. CPU is 2600x GPU is 1060 3GB, fresh game install/reinstall from GOG and on all low or all high settings, doesn't matter, because CPU and GPU usage is like <20% and game still has hiccups in any scene/room/level.

Anyone ran into any of this?

• Reinstalling video drivers (with DDU) doesn't help.
• Setting all options to low, disabling sound
• Setting all options low/off on Nvidia
• Capping FPS with RivaTuner at 144 or 60.
• Changing power plans, to Balanced, Highest performance, etc.
• Running game as admin/non-admin, Win XP/Win7 support etc.
• Setting affinities 0, 2, 4, 6, etc.

Witcher 2 and Witcher 3 are running stable.

This has something to do with game being old or something, but I have no problems running even older games, e.g. San Andreas or Vice City.
