No, that's not the guy I'm talking about. I'm talking about the guy that isn't alleged to have broken anything or attacked anyone. You must be thinking of someone unless you have a source that I missed? From what I can see the government never alleged he attacked anyone or broke anything.

The closest I can find is that the government alleged he refused an order from a police officer to leave. Do you really believe walking into a building you know you aren't supposed to be in and refusing a lawful order justifies being locked up for most of a year without a trial and then sentenced to several years in prison? Or is that your dark thirst for political prisoners talking?
