Quebec to use vaccine passports to limit access to non-essential services if COVID-19 worsens

I'm personally in favor of vaccine passports, partly selfishly and mostly because I think getting more vaccine uptake (especially among young people, who mostly weren't afraid of getting COVID anyway) is to demonstrate that vaccination is your ticket back to pre-2020 life.

I have a friend here in Ontario who was gloomy after getting vaccinated, because he said it wouldn't change anything in his life, given how locked-down the province is. Probably there are people who feel that way.

Hopefully COVID stays in control enough that this isn't necessary. If a lot more vaccinations are needed, then saying "vaccinated people get to have more fun" is probably helpful.
