You’re being outright racist right here while claiming to be open and inclusive and I can’t turn a blind eye to the blatant hypocrisy, Im sorry . The color and orientation of its designers and writers can’t mean less if they have put a quality product for more than 20 years that have enraptured not only white teenage boys and girls , but also black and mixed and keep loving it more than 20 years after . My favorite Warhammer heroes in Fantasy / 40k are beyond the color of their skin or their sexual orientation ( as if that meant something in an uncaring galaxy or the big scheme of things) but the values that make them shine as they are and the stories that are tailored around them , and you’re ignoring all that just to focus in the color of their skin. Again , you’re being disingenuous and biased by your own perception . While you were working at HQ how many immigrants or people of color did you interviewed in order to get to the conclusion GW don’t care about Non-white representation in the hobby? Again, how many international polls did you conducted to get to this conclusion? Where’s the cold data? It sounds like a bunch of white people got into a consensus that the product they’re putting out is not inclusive enough without actually asking the group in question what they think . You’re not taking in account other people’s opinions, you’re doing what you think it’s right because in your own biased perception you feel entitled to decide what minorities think or want , and that’s fundamentally wrong and actually racist . You’re entitled to your own opinion and perceptions but it doesn’t make it a guideline of what the hobby in general actually wants and unfortunately you had a say or worked as you said in HQ and used that position to further what YOU thought was right and used it as a platform to voice opinions / agendas the people actually affected by it , never asked you for .
