[QUESTION] - Anyone here works for Fender?

Look up jobs on indeed or zip recruiter in your area, then apply and talk to the person in charge of hiring, be professional like you are actually trying to get a job. Just because they sell guitars and guitars are cool doesn't mean that the application process is any different. They are a corporate business just like any other. Tip: don't bring up your "particular life situation" if you get an interview.

Whoever reads the Facebook messages, if they even do, is probably some marketing agent or customer service rep. They are not in charge of hiring and they are not going to respond to someone who wants to know what kinds of people fender hires. It's just not how it works.
