I see alot that people hate most of the Xmen movies, especially 3 and then the new ones, like apocalypse and days of future past. I know everyone loved Logan.

No idea where you are getting this. X-Men 1 is dated and cheesy, but still pretty well liked. X-2 is highly regarded. X-3 sucks and everyone agrees on that. First Class and Days of Future Past are both pretty well liked, especially Days of Future Past. Apocalypse and Dark Phoenix are both hated on, but they aren't awful movies, if you enjoy schlock you might like them. Since you said you liked Apocalypse, which was pure schlock, you'll probably like Dark Phoenix as well. Mike from Red Letter Media enjoyed them both for the fun schlock that they were.

MCU doesn't just mean movies about marvel characters. It means the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it is a contained universe with it's own canon that only involves the movies that are specifically made within it. Daredevil or X-Men 2 are not canon in the MCU. They weren't made to be part of it, the MCU movies weren't made with the canon of those movies in mind, they are not related at all.
