Crafting takes a LONG time to master. Start researching traits ASAP you don't really need to focus on materials and such right now. Play the game figure it out enjoy it. Make sure you always have traits being researched. Collect the armor and weapons that give you a bonus to XP when you break them down. You'll want to get passives in your crafting skills that allow you to research more traits at once. Honestly unless you are trying to do low lvl PVP you'll level up so fast that its not worth it to craft gear till you hit champ 160. That gear however takes a lot of resources to craft so you'll have to farm. There is easy farm run guides on youtube that you can watch and learn quick farming methods. Just enjoy the game and keep deconstructing armor / weapons. If you have the extra 15 bucks a month the crafting bag alone is worth that. Hope this helps.
