Question about disqualification period

Thank you! Also, I think I made a mistake and I'm kinda worried about it. When I received the Administative Disqualification hearing letter a year ago. It asked for my signature and Head Of The Household' signature. I made my grandmother signed as the Head of the household because she is in charge of the Household. Her name is under her lease, the bills are under her name, she pays the rent, she maintains the home ect. Initially, I thought that's what they were asking for. I went by the tax definition. Then I find out out later on that there is a whole separate definition for that when it comes to food stamps.

She was never on my case, We didn't share or prepare food together. I'm over the age of 30, no kids and i'm not married. So I'm starting to think she wasn;'t supposed to sign that. I don't want them to get the wrong idea that she was supposed to be on my case since she signed it as Head of the household.

Like I said, I have not heard from for over year since I was disqualified so I don't know if its even an issue. But I just want to make sure.
