The chances are basically zero. For example if you look at Ajax, they pretty much pulled it off in a style that you could see Frankfurt achieving with good transfers and a bit of luck, and for a good part they are replicating it already, but the Ajax squad is already being picked apart so there time in the sun will most likely be very short lived because even with the money they get they won't be able (or even willing) to buy some top players and then they will be relegated to the position they held over the last couple years or even decades. Same happened with Monaco not too long ago. And Frankfurt will most likely loose Jovic and probably won't be able to replace him and the same might happen with other players. Clubs like Bremen or Schalke even couldn't really pull it off although they were very successfull in the not too distant past.
