Why was the Reign of Terror just had a complete meltdown and is now DOXing & threatening to DOX anybody thread removed by the mods?

The post had valid proof, of the clan RoT legit threatening to dox A LOT of people, actually going against the law. And the /r/2007scape mods actually just removed the post even though it did not break any rules?

The most infamous clan ever are threatening to dox hundreds of hundreds of hundreds of people because they lost a wildy battle, and one poster tried to get Jagex' attention about it because its legit scary.

And the mods just straight up remove the post before it got any traction?
