Logging in for the first time in years. Apparently my old account was locked due to suspicious activity. I am unable to appeal because the account recovery sends me to a dead page.

So, I've started a new character, and got to overall level 125 last night. But when I opened the launcher today, that character is gone, too, and when I try to recover it it says that my new character doesn't exist.

Should I assume that I am no longer welcome to play this game? I am not surprised that at some point over the years my account was hacked. But I have not seriously played this game since before OSRS started, and I remember once 5-7 years ago transferring my old character. That's it...
