Question about MC

Ah yes Security guard asking for NRIC is a breach of PDPA guidelines. But this is not the case now is it?

Let me put across to you a more relevant scenario. Say you on mc for a week and the Dr put a very interesting diagnosis on the mc. Then you tell your friends and they ask for proof so you take a pic of the mc forward it to your group of friends.

So who breach PDPA in this scenario? The Dr? The clinic? Your friends ? Can't possibly be you right? As much as PDPA is part of our legislation, we cannot hide behind it, we need to be vigilant and say 'No' when we need to. We cannot cry mother, cry father, cry PDPA breach everytime our rights are trampled. Start with a simple 'No' first, then if they still demand it then escalate.
