Also I was tech support for 4 months for the note 9 under samsung wherein through the samsung plus app had text support, and they wouldn't stand for responses like in that chat. Moreover, paid .50 cents per customer and some were half hour chats. WE had to be precise with replies, or not get paid. THIS is why I repeat WE are support, and save the excess stress and headaches, by helping each other. Is samsung still b.s.?

And they only read scripts and same documentation all have anyways. I and others had to have instantaneous solutions on the fly. I got out of that support to dummy down and just help in forums free because its saner. Here even of you are right, another will say wrong and worst case, shot down karma.
