Trust me, if I was leaving something crucial out... I don't think I would come to a forum questioning an unfavourable code on my DD-214. The NJP was really nothing more than a personality conflict; and probably had more to do with some 'whistleblowing' I had done in earlier months. If you don't want to give random people on the internet the benefit of the doubt... that's fine. But you would be living in la-la-land if you don't think there is a misuse of "justice" in the armed services.

I'm not looking for sympathy here. I've made my choices knowing damn well they have their consequences and I don't regret them. I'm just looking for information; hopefully from a recruiter who knows the subject matter in depth.
