Question about a Titleist ball

Sure. I've done a little research, and determined that what you have is called a golf ball.

Golf balls are a little different from other balls in a number of interesting ways. First, it's fairly small. It's much smaller than a tennis ball, and downright tiny compared to a basketball, but a little bigger than a ping pong ball! If you closely, you'll notice that your new golf ball is covered in hundreds of little indentations, called dimples! Those help it fly through the air better. Your new golf ball is also very hard! It's harder than most other balls, though not as hard a billiard ball!

The word on your new ball is the name of the company that made it! Titleist makes many different versions of golf balls, though without more information, I was unable to figure out which version it is that you have. If you want more details on your new golf ball, maybe it would help to post a picture.

Golly, this has been a great learning experience, and I hope you've had fun learning about your new golf ball!!!
