So independent of the truth, your friend is right about the Falun Gong... and by extension the Epoch Times. They have been beating this drum for almost 20 years. A lot of the the official looking reports on this subject have their blessing -- if not their financial backing.

Is the Tribunal any different? I am not sure.

But official wait times for transplants in China are statistically abnormal. When called on this about five years ago the government admitted it was using organs from dead prisoners -- mainly death row inmates. They have never, as far as I know, officially admitted to harvesting organs from people who are alive without consent (as the Falun Gong allege).

Google "Huang Jiefu" and have a look at what you find. He was the government official that admitted that the abnormal transplant rate was a result of state executions.
