Yes. When the anesthetic wore off after I got home the tooth felt very irritated and painful. Thank God we had some leftover hydrocodone from when my husband bruised his ribs or I wouldn't have gotten any sleep that night, which would have ubersucked because I have fibro and that would have caused a flare. I think I took a half that night and another half the next morning and that's all I needed. If I hadn't had any heavy duty painkillers I would have had to have driven an hour Saturday morning to get a prescription from him as he was working in a different office. WTF, dude? Why not prescribe pain meds for a day or 2 for after the procedure?
