You need to definitely add a Sunscreen to your morning routine every day. I don’t use any of these products so I can’t comment on how they are but they seem like basic products to get started with. It depends on what your concerns and goals are really.

"Basic retinol" is a little bit vague so I can’t give any advice on the specifics of what you’re using. If it is a higher strength retinol , then you start off low and slow, like every other night, until your skin acclimates, just in case you get irritation. I don’t know what retinol you’re using so I have no idea what the texture/consistency is like, but the Innisfree serum is very water like and absorbs fast so you should be fine using your retinol after it.

Denatured alcohol is not inherently bad, it has useful properties as it allows products to have a light, thin consistency, is a penetration enhancer, and is a solvent, to name a few. It is a controversial ingredient that many have differing opinions on. It can be drying and astringent especially if you have dryer skin but this depends on the formula.

I would be careful with the physical Exfoliant if you’re going to use a retinol, it might be a little bit irritating even if you plan on using it only two times a week. It depends on how strong that exfoliant is but since you’ve never had a routine at all, I would start with just the retinol to begin with. To be honest you probably won’t even need the scrub if you are using a strong enough retinol.

You don’t need a toner if you don’t want to. A lot of people on here will tell you that it’s necessary to use but that is not true. Also it is not true that toners are a necessity to "pH balance the skin", that is also something that is not true and gets misconstrued a lot, especially on this subreddit. "Ph Adjusting" toners are not a thing in modern cosmetics. Skin care products are already pH balanced and don’t require the need for another outside product to be effective or "balance" the skin. Old school PH toners are a relic of the past when cleansers were harsh soap based products, you don’t need to worry about this nowwadays. Modern toners come in many different varieties and can be helpful if you want an extra boost of hydration or even exfoliation, depending on the type of toner that you use.
