I have fungal acne and really sensitive skin I can’t use most fungal acne safe ingredients either so it’s getting harder and harder to find a moisturizer that fits my criteria of being suitable for a dry climate, mineral oil free, squalane oil free, completely fungal acne safe, fragrance/essential oil free and no butylene glycol in the first five ingredients. I’m thinking I’m going to have to give up and try something with fragrance or try a not 100% fungal acne safe moisturizer. I’m just hoping it won’t aggravate my sensitive and I’ll see be able to get rid of my fungal acne. Have any of you tried a not fungal acne safe moisturizer that didn’t aggravate your fungal acne? I definitely still can’t use butylene glycol or mineral oil but I would still like it to work for a dry climate.
