[Question] Doing Youtube is SO discouraging. Looking for Youtube Mentor & Community

Considering you have 3290 views and 224 subs, that's 1 sub per 14.6 views, which is super (and you said been at it for 3 months, but 1st video is like 2 months ago). Of course, with more time that 1 sub per view will increase, cuz you will be getting returning viewers (and they are already subs so they don't count as subs, but count as viewers), anyhow, at around those subs I believe I would check other similar size channels and calculate how many views they need for that 1 sub, and it would be like 25~35~45 views per sub..so you are doing great. I checked your channel, you need to fix that home page...it looks like it was left alone with no work done, people will land on your home page and think if they wanna sub or not and they see that. Create playlists, with proper titles and descriptions and add them to your home page. Personally if I were a viewer I wouldn't really know what your channel is about in general, is it like motivational channel, or like amazing stories about celebrities...or what is it exactly? I guess its motivational based on the 2 playlist titles, which I assume would be like "hey watch this, it will be helpful for you, it will motivate you to succeed" right? But then I see a video about a girl who escaped North Korea (success story but not in "oh it can apply to me" type of story..more like desperate desire to survive success story). And then you got a video on how to go broke, I didn't watch it but I assume that's what you really meant, and that doesn't sound motivating to me. Nothing wrong in trying many things at the beginning as you learn and see how your audience respond,. But I think you get what I mean right? It can deviate from stable growth. I don't sub to variety channels, I believe you don't either.
