question for people who weren’t straight A students in high school

I founded a nonprofit organization that went to lower income neighborhoods to teach them about social justice, was ranked top 10 in the country a competitive event- public speaking related (not sports but also don’t want to reveal for anonymity), worked on the campaigns of my state governor, state senator and mayor. Was a member of fbla and won a lot of first place awards at the state level and some national level recognition, a ton of MUN awards as well, was a student rep for a well established non profit that gave funds to orphanages across the world, varsity athlete who was the captain of my team

That’s the just of it— I think what really helped me was develop a story through my application. In this case, my common app and my ECs revolves around the idea of “helping empower people that don’t have a voice” or “giving a voice to the voiceless”
