Question for white men, do you really feel privileged? And are you bothered by the “white male privilege” assertion that seems to be everywhere?

I mean me personally? Yea but not because of my skin color. My dad was a doctor and my mom is European and her father founded a successful business.

But I grew up in a blue collar town in upstate NY going to public school. My school was 97% white and I was definitely wealthier in that crowd. Nothing compared to the friends I'd make in college that grew up near NYC.

I guess my point is, with all of this stuff, don't look at skin color or gender or secuality. Look at the individual, their experiences and situation. If you want to pass judgment when you have all the information be my guest. But just making broad inferences based on protected classes is pretty dumb.
