I'm not sure I understand the question. To a degree, it's difficult to have any expectations going into a trip. I think it's more about seeing where it takes you. I've found that any time I head into a trip with some kind of solid expectation I end up being disappointed.
I mean more in the sense that it was an effect completely different to anything i have ever experienced. It was more intense and lasted longer and unlike any other experience; i've always been able to use the 'sober switch' if i needed to do and i couldn't whilst tripping. That was what frightening, i have used most other on-psychedelic drugs but have always been able to snap back to reality if needed and ground myself. It was more the lack of control that was startling about the first trip.
how would having a heavy dosage and not knowing HOW it felt (i knew i would be fucked up) have the potential to affect you?
I'm used of going into the unknown but i guess the problem was the intensity of the experience. Nothing else i have ever taken has had quiet the same world altering effect, visuals were new and concerning, i was scared it would last forever after the point i'd of usually have come down from most things. I only had a sitter for what i thought would be the 'trip' (first three hours). Yes, i reguarly smoke weed and tolerance may be an issue?
This sentence scares me, for your sake. I've never hallucinated something that completely didn't exist while on LSD. Not even close. Sometimes I'll look at a tree out of the corner of my eye and think it's maybe a wizard, but I'm fully aware that it's not a wizard. Are you sure what you had was LSD? Do you have any pre-existing mental health conditions?
Sorry if what i wrote wasn't clear, it wasn't a literal vision but it was like my imagination was in overdrive, it was movie in the back of my mind that only came up whilst thinking about why i took LSD; it felt real but i knew it wasnt if that makes sense.
It passed the taste and uv test regarding whether it was real LSD, but how can you tell it was LSD ?
